Who is Accoil Advisors for?
We work with B2B SaaS companies, typically Series A to Series C, who want to improve net revenue retention. If you have a CS team (or are building one) and need strategic guidance, we can help.
How is this different from consulting?
We're operators, not consultants. We've built and scaled B2B SaaS companies ourselves. Our advice comes from direct experience running post-sales teams, not from frameworks we read about.
Do I need to use Accoil's analytics platform?
No. Our advisory services are platform-agnostic. We'll work with whatever tools you already have. If Accoil's analytics platform is a good fit, we'll let you know, but there's no requirement.
What does an NRR Review include?
We'll review your current retention metrics, customer journey, CS operations, health scoring, onboarding, and expansion motions. You'll receive a detailed report with prioritised recommendations.
How many clients do you work with at once?
We intentionally keep our client roster small so we can give each engagement the depth it deserves. Typically 3-5 active engagements at any time.
